25 January was truly something special at Calanmor, as we had the honour of hosting Burns Night and welcoming the inaugural gathering of The Caledonian Society of Spain.
The evening brought together members of the Scottish community in Málaga, along with friends of Scotland, for the Society’s very first official event.
The night was filled with tradition, whisky, poetry, haggis bites and warm conversation. Music and shared stories created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, while the formal inauguration of the Society gave the evening a genuine sense of occasion. It was one of those rare nights where everything simply came together beautifully.
